In conjunction with the journal’s other relevant rules and requirements, this statement sets out the journal’s publication ethics policies.

Editors, authors, and reviewers of this journal are expected to fulfil the following responsibilities.

Authors may reasonably cite the content of the article in their subsequent research.

All legal and research consequences arising from academic misconduct shall be borne entirely by the responsible persons.

(3)If a reviewer finds that a manuscript is suspected of academic misconduct, including concurrent submission to multiple journals, they shall inform the editorial office immediately.

(4)Reviewers shall point out relevant published works that have not yet been cited.

(5)Reviewers shall have no conflict of interest with the research, the authors, and/or the funders of the research. If a competitive, collaborative, or other related conflict of interest exists with the authors, their institutions, or other related parties, reviewers shall voluntarily decline to review the manuscript.

3. Editors’ Responsibilities

(1)Editors shall make every effort to handle submitted manuscripts fairly and promptly and to ensure that manuscripts are published to a high standard and on schedule.

(5)The opinions of authors and reviewers shall be respected. If an author disagrees with the review comments, the author shall be allowed to lodge an appeal.
