3.1 Title

The Chinese title should not exceed 20 characters (including English characters).An equivalent English title must be provided,with only the first word capitalized.Avoid using non-commonly known abbreviations in the title.

3.2 Authors and Affiliations

1)     The English translation of Chinese authors'names should place the surname first (in all capitals) and the given names second.For given names with two or more characters,no hyphen is added between the pinyin syllables.For foreign authors,follow international naming conventions.The number of authors should not exceed six.

2)     All affiliations should include the full name of the institution (to the department level),province,city,and postal code.For multiple authors,the affiliation names should be preceded by a numerical identifier corresponding to the author's name,separated by semicolon"；".English affiliations should be written in full (except department names).Append “,China” after the postal code.The number of affiliations should not exceed 3 (including 3).

3.3 Abstract

1)     The Chinese abstract should be 150–300 words.It should include purpose,methods,results,experimental results,and conclusions.Review or commentary articles may use indicative abstracts.Avoid using terms like“we”or“the author”.

2)     The English abstract must accurately correspond to the Chinese abstract.It generally uses the third person and passive voice.

3)     Precede the Chinese abstract with “摘要：” and the English abstract with “Abstract:”.

3.4 Keywords

1)     Provide 3~8 keywords.

2)     Chinese and English keywords must correspond.Precede them with “关键词：” and “Keywords:” respectively.

3.5 Chinese Library Classification Number

Provide the classification number according number to the Chinese Library Classification (5th edition,September 2010) below the Chinese keywords.

3.6 Document Code

After the "Chinese Library Classification Number:",fill in the "Document Code:".The document codes for this journal are:A--Academic papers on theoretical and applied research (including review reports); B--Reports on practical technical achievements.

3.7 Main Text

1)     General articles should not exceed 7000 words,reviews should not exceed 9000 words ,including figures,tables,and references.

2)     All headings should be left-aligned.Non-commonly recognized abbreviations in the text,their Chinese name and full English name should be given at first use.

3)     The format for section headings is as follows:

  0 Introduction 1 ××××× Level 1 heading 1.1 ×××× Level 2 heading 1.1.1 ××× Level 3 heading

3.8 Figures,Tables,and Formulas

4)     Figures/tables must be labeled with Chinese figure/table captions.If there are sub-figures,sub-captions must also be provided.

5)     Figures must be standard quantitative graphs,with labeled coordinate parameters,quantitative scales,and measurement units (SI units).Use three-line tables.

6)     When symbols in formulas first appear,their physical meaning and legal measurement units should be provided.

3.9 References

1)     The names of primary authors (Chinese or foreign) should be listed with the surname first (in all capitals).The given names of foreign authors and Chinese names written in pinyin can be abbreviated,and the abbreviation dot can be omitted after the abbreviated name.The Chinese translation of foreign authors' names can list only the surname and the initial of the given name.Whether abbreviated or not,the format must be consistent throughout the paper.For primary authors (individuals or organizations),if there are three or fewer,list all of them,separated by commas ","; if more than three,list only the first three,followed by "，等" in Chinese or ",et al." in English.

5)     The format for arranging references at the end of the paper:

a.      Monograph:Author.Title [M].City:Publisher,Year:Page range.

b.      Conference:Author.Title [C]//Conference Name,Location:Organizer,Year:Page range.

c.      dissertation:Author.Title [D].City:Institution,Year.

d.      Report:Author.Title [R].City:Publisher,Year.

e.      Standard:Drafters.Standard Code-Year.Name [S].City:Publisher,Year.

Additional rules:

1)     The place of publication is the city where the publisher is located.For cities with the same name or those not well-known,append a qualifier such as province,state,or country.

2)     For Chinese documents without a place of publication,record "出版地不详" (Place of publication unknown).For foreign documents,record "S.l." in square brackets.

3)     For Chinese documents without a publisher,record "出版者不详" (Publisher unknown).For foreign documents,record "s.n." in square brackets.

4)     Patent documents must include the publication date in the format "YYYY-MM-DD".

5)     For articles extracted from a combined issue,indicate the issue numbers in parentheses,separated by "/".

3.10 Author Profile:

  The profile of the first author (corresponding author) should include:name (year of birth–),gender,professional title/degree,and research interests.The corresponding author should also provide an E-mail address and a long-term valid contact phone number.

3.11 Funding Projects

  Funding projects refer to the support background of the article,generally national or provincial ministerial-level fund projects.The project name should be filled in according to the official name stipulated by the relevant national authorities.Multiple funding projects should be listed in sequence,separated by ";",and each project must provide its fund number.

4.     Notes

Multiple submissions are strictly prohibited.The manuscript must be one that has not been publicly published in China.Papers related to military topics must be reviewed and declassified by the author's institution.Publication will proceed after receiving proof of permission for public release.

The first author (or the author themselves) is responsible for any misconduct regarding the submitted paper,such as disclosure of secrets,false data,multiple submissions,disputes over author order,or plagiarism.

Please clearly state the author's mailing address,affiliation,name,postal code,phone number (required),and E-mail in the submission.

  This journal has been included in many online databases and has enabled priority digital publication on CNKI.The author's copyright royalties and the journal's remuneration will be paid in a single lump sum.
