Abstract

Combined with wireless sensor networks（WSNs） communication technology

online analytical system based on WSNs for data transmission and fault diagnosis platform is designed

which can effectively solve the problem of bad real-time

simple data transmission

high maintenance costs of traditional analytical instruments system. The design can real-time acquire

transmit

and process on process datas of online analytical instrumentation by Zig Bee wireless communication technology

the datas also can be transmitted to remote data management center through the GSM / GPRS.Overall framework of the design is given

also describes design method of software

hardware and data protocols. The experimental test shows that the design has stable performance

can send operating state and fault phenomenon information of the online analytical instrument accurately

and can be widely used in areas such as industrial production

especially has a high practical value in online analytical instrumentation system.
