摘要

当电力电缆中间接头的接触电阻过大时

接头温度升高

甚至发生热击穿或电缆火灾等严重影响电缆的正常运行的事故。研制了一种带环状铜片的FBG温度传感器

安装在电缆接头的内部以监测接头的温升。测试结果表明:传感器的灵敏度为18.37pm/℃

非线性误差为1.35%FS

重复性为4.5%FS。制作一个两芯电力电缆中间接头

一根缆芯用电阻丝连接

另一根缆芯用铝芯连接管连接。对电缆分别施加75

100 V和125 V电压

试验表明:在120 min范围内电阻丝缆芯接头的最大温升值比铝芯接头的最大温升值高出4.95℃。

Abstract

When contact resistance of power cable transition joint is too large

temperature of power cable joint will increase

and even cause accidents such as thermal breakdown and cable fires

which affect normal operation of the cable seriously.A fiber Bragg grating（FBG） temperature sensor with circular copper is developed

which is installed inside power cable joint to monitor temperature increasing.Test results show that the sensitivity of sensor is 18.37 pm/℃

the nonlinearity error is 1.35 %FS and the repeatability is 4.5 %FS.A power cable joint is made with two cable cores

in which one is connected by resistance wire;the other is connected by aluminum core connection tube.When 75

100V and 125V voltage are separately exerted within 120 min

the experiments show that the maximum temperature increase of resistance wire cable core joint is 4.95 ℃ higher than that of aluminum core cable joint.
