One of the protocol of the wireless sensor networks called directed diffusion is analyzed

and a scheme of multi-level data fusion is proposed aimed to the directed diffusion’s limit. The multi-level data fusion scheme with tiered structure built note’s attribute

fusion father-select and divided data in the process of data transmitting.Experiments demonstrate that our enhanced scheme can save transmission energy up to 50% over directed diffusion

without any reliability or delivery efficiency being compromised.
