摘要

基于数值仿真软件

对某型航空发动机滑油箱电容式液位传感器进行了流场—静电场耦合建模及仿真计算。模型描述了滑油箱姿态运动引起的液面变化

进而导致传感器液位改变以及传感器本身工作电容变化。根据计算结果

滑油箱姿态运动引起的传感器工作电容变化效果很显著

最高可达到15. 86%。将数值仿真获得的计算值与滑油液位测量测试平台所得的实测值进行了对比分析

二者结果较为吻合

变化规律一致

偏差值较小

验证了基于流场—静电场耦合仿真建模的可行性及有效性。

Abstract

Flow-electrostatic coupled field modeling; simulation and calculation of a capacitive level sensor with lubricant oil tank are carried out

based on a numerical simulation tool. The model describes liquid surface change caused by attitude movement of lubricant oil tank

further cause liquid level change and working capacitance change of sensor. According to computation result

effect of working capacitance change of sensor is significant caused by attitude of lubricant tank and the percentage can reach 15. 86 %. Compared with measured value of the level measurement test platform

the simulation value shows great anastomosis

and the deviation is low. The simulation and modeling based on flow-electro-static coupled field is verified feasible and effective.
