摘要

选用柔性树脂作为弹性材料，数字光处理（DLP）打印技术制备的体心立方(BCC)晶格结构作为基底，通过超声浸渍涂覆的方法将多壁碳纳米管（MWCNTs）结合在晶格结构骨架上，制备了具有三维结构的MWCNTs柔性压阻式压力传感器。研究结果表明:该传感器在0~13.2kPa范围内达到了0.798kPa

的高灵敏度。更值得注意的是，该传感器还在60%形变压缩—释放下表现出160

200ms的快速响应时间以及在600次压缩循环测试下良好的循环特性。传感器还在所设计的步态检测实验中展现了良好的响应反馈，显示了其在健康检测领域的广泛应用的潜能。

Abstract

Flexible resin is selected as the elastic material

and the body-centered cubic (BCC)lattice structure prepared by digital light processing (DLP) printing technology is used as the substrate.Multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) are bonded to the lattice framework through ultrasonic impregnation coating.A 3D flexible piezoresistive pressure sensor based on MWCNTs is prepared.The research results show that the sensor achieves a high sensitivity of 0.798kPa

in the range of 0~13.2kPa.More notably

the sensor also demonstrates fast response times of 160 and 200ms under 60% deformation compression-release and good cycling characteristics under 600 compressio

n cycle tests.The sensor also shows good response feedback in the designed gait detection experiment

showing its potential for wide application in the field of health detection.
