A vibration sensor is made of permanent magnet components based on levitation theory
magnetic force simulation on permanent magnet component is carried out applying ANSYS
the optimal combination of factor order which affects the magnetic force can be found.According to theory of magnetic circuits
magnetic force formula can be derived
and magnetic force formula is verified by ANSYS simulation
it can be found that within the area of micro displacement
simulation value is fit to theoretical value
and there is a linear relationship between amplitude and magnetic force of hybrid magnet.Second order equations in dynamics of sensor system can be derived. After testing of the vibration sensor through standard vibrator
the sensitivity is 213 V·s·m-1
which is higher than traditional magnetoelectric sensor. The sensor is used for collecting low frequency vibration signal very well.
