摘要

对生产线上具有弹性的海绵复卷纠偏控制进行了阐述

使用步进电机和滚珠丝杠作为执行机构进行纠偏。对位置传感器的作用和工作原理进行了具体的分析

把位置传感器用在海绵布纠偏控制中检测出海绵布的跑偏位置

然后控制系统通过传感器发出的信号来控制整个装置

并且利用智能PID控制算法使之达到期望的效果。这种纠偏控制具有纠偏方式多样性

纠偏精度高等优点。

Abstract

Production line which has property of elasticity sponge rewinding deviation correction control is discussed.Using stepper motor and ball screw as actuating mechanism for deviation correction.Effect of position sensor

and working principle are analyzed.The position sensor is used in sponge cloth strip centering control to detect sponge position

control system controls the whole device through signals sent by sensor

and uses intelligent PID control algorithm so as to meet the desired effect.This kind of control has many advantages of variety in style and high precision.
