For lubricating oil metal particle number is the main reason causing lubricating oil fission lubricating oil dielectric constant detection sensor are designed and simulated
and influence of quantity wear particles in lubricating oil on dielectric constant is studied.ANSYS finite element simulation tool is used to simulate wear particles content in lubricating oil caused by changes of dielectric constant
structural parameters of the sensor is optimized. While wear particles content in lubricating oil change from 0.1 % to 0.5 %
the sensor output capacitance value variation amount is about 2 pF
and the relationship between capacitance and the wear particle content is linear
by detecting the lubricating oil dielectric constant change
the deterioration degree of lubricating oil can be determined.
