A glucose sensor detect the glucose which is extracted from the tissue fluid on reverse iontophoresis is developed.Under the catalysis of glucose oxidase which is fixed in polyethylene oxide gel
the glucose and potassium ferricyanide are reacted into gluconic acid and potassium ferrocyanide.Concentration of glucose is calculated by detecting the current which is created by the redox reaction. The glucose sensor can detect the concentration of glucose range 2
2
2 mmol/L and it has good linearity. The conformance test results show that the deviation of multiple measurements of the same sensor is less than 2 %
and the reaction time is close to 1s.It shows that this kind of glucose sensor can meet the requirements of the blood glucose detection
and also provide basis for the further study of the glucose tes
ting extracted from the tissue fluid based on reverse iontophoresis technology.
