摘要

脉冲涡流矩形传感器是近年来涡流无损检测的研究热点。采用Comsol有限元仿真软件建立了矩形探头有限元仿真模型

并且根据仿真结果设计了矩形探头进行缺陷检测实验。通过仿真和实验的对比分析

结果表明:矩形探头长宽高尺寸在2∶1∶1.5的比例下灵敏度、线性度最佳。

Abstract

Pulsed eddy current rectangular sensor is a hot research field of eddy current nondestructive testing in recent years.A rectangular probe model using Comsol finite element simulation software is established.The experiment on flaw test is undertaken according to simulation result.Through comparison and analysis on simulation and experiment

the results show that sensitivity and linearity rectangular probe dimensions in the proportion of 2∶ 1∶ 1.5 is the most optimal.
