Surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)substrate is fabricated using nanopetals dealloying film decorated by Au nanoparticles
which nanopetals films are fabricated on W sheet by electrochemical co-deposition and dealloying process
and the Au nanoparticles are plasma sputtered on the surface to form SERS substrate.Cornpound nano substrate is characterized by FE-SEM and EDX
respectively. The SERS effect is detected using Rhodamine 6G(R6G)as probe molecules on SERS substrate. It is found by experiment that the 3D space structure of the nanopetals has Raman surface enhancement effect
signal enhancement effect of Au nanopetals substrate obtained by Au nanoparticles sputtering is remarkable.
