The influence of multi mirror on spectroscopic methodology demodulation single Fabry-Perot(F-P) cavity sensor is studied. In order to lower the reflection of the surface which is not used to form F-P cavity to eliminate this influence
one surface of the both-surfaces-polished Si diaphragm is textured by using Nd∶ YAG laser processing system.A small round piece of textured diaphragm cut off by laser is bonded onto one end of a hollow glass tube
a single mode fiber is plugged into the glass tube and an EFPI pressure sensor is packaged.Static air pressure experiments are taken and the results show that the sensor achieves a sensitivity of 11.9 nm/kPa and a linearity of 1.51 % at the range 40 -240 kPa.
