摘要

介绍了ZMD31050[1]在力传感器测试仪中的应用

首先对ZMD31050芯片的性能和工作原理进行阐述

介绍了该应用的硬件和软件设计

着重对传感器信号数据修调[2]进行说明。实验数据表明:结合ZMD芯片进行数据修调

测试仪精度由0.5%提升到0.2%

具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract

Application of the ZMD31050 in test instrument of force sensor is introduced.The operation principle and the performance of the ZMD31050 chip is stated in detail

the design of hardware and software of the application is introduced

and conditioning of the data of the sensor is focused on.The experimental results show that the data revising on ZMD chip improves the precision of the test instrument from 0.5 % to 0.2 %.It has good application prospects.
