Abstract
A micro-ignition circuit design of remote controlled capsule is described. The micro-ignition circuit utilizes the membrane structure of micro-structure gas sensor. The temperature field distribution with different width and distance through the finite element analysis tool ANSYS 12.1 are analyzed and compared. When the width and distance of ignition resistance are designed as 20 μm and 10 μm
the result shows that the center of the active area temperature distribution is uniform and the power consumption is the lowest. When the ignition time is 0.05s and the ignition temperature is 375 ℃
the ignition power is only 20 mW.The results show that the power consumption of the micro-ignition circuit can be reduced to 20 mW.It meets requirements of low power consumption and improves the overall properties of remote controlled capsule.
