a new suitable monitoring system is presented to continuously observe and simultaneously sense the urban forest environmental effect.The proposed monitoring system is a kind of heterogeneous network based on WSNs

GPRS and internet network that can communicate with each other.The network system collect and transmit monitoring data by setting the alarm threshold of environmental effect factors and transmitting broadcast control signals from management platform.Experiments show that the proposed monitoring system for urban forest environmental effect based on the hybrid networking can satisfy the application requirements of urban forest environment effect monitoring.
