To solve the problem of pump well indicators such as high charging maintenance costs
weak network access function
and so on
a new generation integrated solar energy indicator is designed and implemented based on solar energy
Zig Bee wireless self-organized network
two-axes accelerometer and strain-type pressure transducer technologies. This work presents in detail the hardware composition and implementation of each unit in the indicator.A pump well wireless sensor networks(WSNs)is constructed for working state monitoring. In order to test the indicator and system
seven indicator nodes
seven wireless pressure sensor nodes and one multiple-protocol gateway are deployed in Changqing oilfield.Experimental results show that the maximal measurement error of displacement for beam pumper is 0.09m.The nodes can work well in seven consecutive rainy days under the support of solar energy. The measured indicator diagrams meet the pump’s actual working state well.
