Based on the measuring principle of inclination by micro acceleration
an inclination sensor with high-resolution and temperature compensation is developed.Intelligent design for temperature compensating is presented based on MSP430 MCU and DS18B20 thermometer
aimed at the temperature drift phenomenon of sensor. The IIR digital filtering algorithm in embedded microprocessor is programmed to eliminate interference from vibration noises effectively. The output of inclination sensor is calibrated with method of piecewise linearization. The result shows that the precision of inclination sensor is up to 0.001°.
