the notch depth of easy-open-end is adjusted through stopping the machine working and changing the gasket which under the easy-open die.Aiming at this situation

a new scheme is brought forward.The new scheme suggests to use the induction heating to heat easy-open-end die.The height of easy-open-end die is changed according to the principle of expansion caused by heat and contraction caused by cold.The notch depth of easy-open-end is adjusted.The temperature data of induction heating is analyzed by Matlab software.The result shows that the uniformity and linearity of heating method of heating die is good when heating the easy-open-end die is heated by induction.The changing height of easy-open-end die is measured by TESA inductive probe which further verify the feasibility of the scheme using the induction heating to ajust the notch depth of easy-open-end.
