Aiming at the problems caused by environmental parameters monitoring in mine with wired communication currently
in order to improve the matters of complex wiring structure
fixed monitoring stations and monitor blind spots
a design scheme of wireless sensor networks monitoring lower computer system with Zig Bee technology is proposed for coal mine tunnel multi-parameter acquisition according to environmental characteristics of the mine tunnel.Multiple sensors are used
through wireless sensor networks to realize real-time monitoring and intelligently early warning of the underground environment and production parameters.Zig Bee communication protocol and hardware modularity are used. The sensors can be flexibly added.System protection module is designed with two-level watchdog to enhance the reliability and stability of the hardware system.Simulation results show that the design’s longest wireless transmission distance is 110m
the lowest transmission distance is 60m when there are obstacles
and its transmission error code rate is low.The monitoring error on parameters such as gas in the mine is small
