Surface plasmon resonance(SPR) biosensor has very high theoretically analytical precision in the detection of biological macromolecules. However
in practical application
its responding characteristics are easily impacted by the environmental temperature. This case is more obvious in miniaturized device for temperature controlling module is not integrated in it.A theoretical mode is used to analyze the impact of the environmental temperature on the characteristics of the light source
prism
metal film
analyte solusion
and detector. The result shows that with the increase of temperature
resonance angle in the response curve will decrease accordingly. This study provides an important basis for the research and development of miniaturized SPR biosensor.
