Aiming at the demand of large wear particle detection

the method of large wear particle image capture and processing is studied.The characteristic of wear particle iamge is analyzed.According to charsteristic of mosaicing wear particle image

phase correlation registration method is used.The method of wear particle image mosaic is put forward based on coefficient matrix and wavelet fusion.Wear particle image mosaic results show that the proposed method of wear particle image mosaic is effective.It provide good basis for subsequent wear particle characteristic parameters extraction and identification.
