Wireless sensor networks（WSNs） monitoring data reporting mechanism is current research hotspot.At present

the application of the WSNs are divided into no-event-class

event-class and compound-class

on the basis of design of the message format of monitoring data

event happening criterions

message priority

data fusion method and message reporting mechanism are analyzed and discussed.Reporting mechanism use modified queue and array as caching to ensure the message of higher level can be reported effectively and timely.Experimental results show that this mechanism have characteristics of low conflict

low energy consumption and less reporting delay.
