Vibrating wire sensor is one of the most widely used equipments in project of bridge detection.Aiming at the characteristics of vibrating wire sensor’s structure
a design is presented
which using MSP430F449 as the core of detection system. The system hardware circuit mainly includes three parts
that is excitation circuit
signal conditioning circuit and temperature compensation circuit.16-bit timers internal MSP430 microcontroller which have capture/compare functions can be used to complete the excitation signal output and frequency signal measurement.Temperature compensation can reduce the influence of environmental temperature on frequency measurement to improve the system precision.Within the frequency allowage of vibrating wire sensor
testing results of the system show that the system has good stability
high precision
the frequency measurement error is less than 0.2 %.
