A polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS) microfluidic sensor with SU—8 pillars for immobilizing the enzyme and optical fibers has been successfully fabricated for detecting the organophosphorus compound. The principle of the detection is based on the absorbance to light the enzymatic product and the experimental results of different concentrations organophosphorus with absorbance show a good linear response range and the correlation coefficient is 0.993 4.The experimental result shows a simple way to bind the enzymes to the microfluidic. The simple process and portable device offers an option of a low cost mass production for integrated organophosphorus compounds.
