摘要

分析了纸纱复合制袋机的制袋工艺和控制要求

拟定了纸纱复合制袋机的整体控制方案。综合运用组态软件WinCC Flexible、触摸屏、西门子S7—200 PLC、变频器、编码器、色标传感器等器件

设计了纸纱复合制袋机控制系统。10个月的试运行表明:系统运行稳定可靠

人机界面操作简单

各项技术指标均优于设计要求。

Abstract

Bag-making process and control requirements of paper-yarn bag-making machine is analyzed.The overall control scheme is established.Configuration software WinCC Flexible

touch panel

SIMENS S7—200 programmable logic controller（PLC）

inverter

encoder

color sensor

etc are synthetically applied to design control system of paper and yarn compounding bag-making machine.10 months’commissioning operation shows that control system is stable

reliable

and easy to operate and that all of the technical indices are superior to the design requirements.
