摘要

系统研究和分析了国产超辐射发光二极管（SLD）光源的热敏电阻器的全温温度特性。试验和分析结果表明:不同SLD光源内的热敏电阻器特性存在不一致性

而不同厂家的光源之间的这种不一致性更为显著;部分厂家的SLD光源的监测热敏电阻器与控制热敏电阻器差异较大

已失去监测价值;热敏电阻器与温度的关系更接近Steinhart-Hart方程

而非普遍使用的指数形式;在中精度光纤陀螺的温控范围内

热敏电阻器的温度系数为435±10Ω/℃

而不是普遍认为的500Ω/℃。该结果一方面为设计数字化温度控制方案提供了更为严格的热敏电阻器的温度模型

另一方面

细化了光源温控精度的评价标准

可进一步提高温控效果。

Abstract

The temperature characteristics of temperature sensitive resistor are analyzed in the whole temperature range.The experimental results indicate that difference exists among SLDs of different companies

some resistance of SLDs have lost their monitor value

the relation between resistance and temperature satisfies equation of Steinhart-Hart

the temperature coefficient is not 500Ω/℃

but 435±10Ω/℃.These results may provide the model for the automatic temperature control and a detailed evaluation standard for the test of SLD.
