摘要

基于光栅传感器的正交三坐标机系统中

数据实时采集时容易出现缓冲区内存不足甚至得到异常数据的问题。针对以上问题结合PMAC数据采集的方式进行了分析

并依照数据读取的原理设计出解决方案。结合该方案

在VC++环境下利用PtalkDT控件设计出了基于DPRAM技术的实时采集软件系统。实验证明:该系统能够快速、可靠地进行实时数据的采集。

Abstract

In tri-coordinate measuring machine system based on grating sensor

it’s easy to exist some problems in real-time data acquisition.For example the deficiency of memory in a buffer

or even the emergence of abnormal data.Aimed at these problems

method of PMAC data acquisition modes is analyzed

and a design proposal adopting proper mode to resolve those problems is presented.In addition

software system is designed based on DPRAM technique using PtalkDT active control component in the program environment of VC++.It has been validated that the system can work swiftly and reliably by data acquisition experiments.
