The basic principle of capacitive grating sensor and online detecting method for ceramic tiles’planeness are introduced.A system design scheme which based on capacitive grating sensors is presented.The interface circuit and orientation realization methods of the capacitive grating sensor is also gived.The performance of detecting system is tested by comprehensive verification experiments.Experimental results show that the accuracy of detecting is 0.1 mm and the system can meet the demand of online planeness detecting.
