摘要

基于金属的热电效应和热传导原理

经过理论分析计算

设计了一种高量程的热流传感器

并通过机加工艺、焊接工艺及涂敷工艺实现了热流传感器制作。性能测试与数据处理结果表明:该传感器输出信号与热流近似成正比

热流测量范围为0～3 000 kW/m2

测量精度优于±4%FS

耐辐射温度达1 700℃。

Abstract

A high-range heat flux sensor is designed based on metal thermo-electric effect and the principle of thermal conduction.The sensor is realized through the techniques of mechanical process

welding and coating.The result of characteristic and environmental test and data processing indicate that the signals produced by sensor is almost direct proportion to heat flux.The measuring range of heat flux is 0～3 000 kW/m2

the precision is above ±4 %FS

radiation temperature is 1 700 ℃.
