The electrical characteristics simulation of piezoelectric fiber composites cantilever energy harvester is studied. The effect of interdigital electrode dimension and the thickness ratio of piezoelectric fibers to the metal plate on output voltage is analyzed by Finite Element Analysis(FEA)Method. The electricity generating power of the same dimension piezoelectric fiber cantilever energy harvester(d33 and d31 mode)is analyzed. The result shows that the output voltage of the d33 mode is affected greatly when the interdigital electrode dimension is changed. The d33 mode energy harvester generated higher output voltage but lower output current than the d31 mode energy harvester. When the thickness ratio of d33 mode is 0.75
the harvester generates the largest quantity of charge. When the thickness ratio of d31 mode is 0.6
the output voltage of the harvester is the highest. The d31 mode piezoelectric fiber material is more suitable for using as power generation material.
