摘要

开发了一种以计算机为平台的输液泵阻塞报警性能检测系统

以实现对输液泵阻塞报警性能的检测。本系统以计算机为核心

采用PCI—1710数据采集卡

ADAM—3014信号调理模块和MPX2200压力传感器对输液泵阻塞报警性能进行检测

并以VC++6.0作为上位软件开发工具

编制了人机交互界面友好的输液泵阻塞压力检测软件。利用标准压力器对本系统进行的试验测试数据表明:本系统具有较高的检测精度

00 kPa量程范围内最大误差为2.2%

满足精确检测输液泵阻塞报警性能要求。

Abstract

A computer-platform testing system for the performance of infusion pump occlusion alarm is developed.Test alarm performance of infusion pump occlusion is realized.This system uses PC as core

PCI—1710 data acquisition card

ADAM—3014 signal conditioning module and MPX2200 pressure sensor to test the performance of infusion pump occlusion alarm and the automatic occlusion pressure measurement software with interactive interface is developed based on VC++ 6.0 platform.A higher testing accuracy is indicated by the result of the experiments using a standard pressure gauge to process on the test system.The largest error is 2.2 % in the range of 0

which can meet the precise requirements of the infusion occlusion alarm performance test.
