摘要

同传统的瓜果品质检测技术相比

瓜果无损检测技术能对每个瓜果进行品质鉴定

鉴定结果更加准确。从Cooke理论出发

采用自行研制的微型压电加速度计构建试验平台

对不同品种、同一品种不同品质、同一水果不同部位的苹果和橙子的脉冲响应特性进行了初步研究

试验结果表明:不同品质的水果具有不同的冲击响应频率

由此提出了瓜果品质脉冲响应特性检测系统的构想。

Abstract

Compared with traditional measurement technique of fruits

non-destructive testing of fruit is suitable for testing every fruits.From the Cooke theory

the experimental platform based on a self-developed micro-piezoelectric accelerometer is used.The platform is used to study the impulsive response charactoristic between different kinds of fruits

different quality of same fruits

and different parts of one fruit.The experiment results show that the detection system of melon and fruit with the impulsive excitation response is advanced.
