针对小麦制粉设备中的运转辊间闸距测量问题

提出了采用直线位移传感器的解决方案。通过对气压磨粉机的结构分析

采用了间接测量方式和多段折线拟合等软硬件实现方法

经实践验证:该方案测量精度高

实现成本低

易于维护。

Aimed at the gap measurement of running rollers of wheat manufacture

a method of using linear displacement sensor is introduced

and the indirect measurement and segment lines imitation are applied.The experiments show that the method is high precision

low cost and easy maintenance.
