分析了电容式传感器在测量叶尖间隙时主要干扰信号的特点

提出了基于超外差调频接收技术的测量方案来解决电容式传感器的杂散干扰问题

通过理论分析和模拟实验证明了该方案在实际测量中完全可行

提出了专门针对此测量方案的校准方法。

The main interferential signals in the measurement of blade tip clearance with capacitive sensor are analyzed

a way is brought forward which based on superheterodyne FM reception to cope with the interferer of capacitive sensor

theoretical derivation and simulative experiment verify the feasibility of the way

a special way to calibrate this measuring method is brought forward.
