As the aircraft engine inlet test requires precise inlet flow control

it is necessary to adopt a mechanical and electronic system which can be controlled by microcontroller accurately and promptly.The inlet flow control device adopts the C8051F021single chip microcomputer and stepping motor for system control functions and uses the 5×4 keyboard to control the state of motor

keyboard input data sent to the single chip microcomputer

and digital input of the trip and the whole system operating conditions and the displacement sensor are displaied

single chip microcomputer output signal controls the stepper motor to run.While the system communicates with PC through MAX232 chip

through PC the inlet flow control regulation is realized.
