摘要

针对国内外传感器行业多品种、小批量的产业特征

运用生产均衡与优化的基础理论

设计了传感器企业利润最大化时

与投入要素相关联的生产均衡与优化模型;寻找出产量均衡控制的合理区间

确定有约束条件下的投入要素与产量、利润之间最优组合关系和企业赢利模式

并对所设计模型的有效性进行实例验证。

Abstract

Aimed at the feature of low-volume and high-variety of domestic and overseas sensor industry

applied basic theory of optimization model

product balance and optimization model related to input elements when sensor corporations profit maximization is developed;reasonable range of output balance control is found

and the optimal combination relationship between input elements under constraint conditions and output and profit is identified as well as the corporation profit model;the efficiency of designed model is verified by examples.
