A nonlinearity correction approach for temperature sensors based on B-spline recursive least-squares is proposed. In order to improve correction accuracy effectively
the B-spline function with peculiarity of low-order smoothness is used to construct the inverse model;considering the practical needs for on-line application
the recursive least-squares easy to be implemented in MPU is adopted to estimate the control parameters. The nonlinearity correction experiments are carried out in the temperature sensors of thermal resistance and thermocouple. The proposed nonlinearity correction approach
which has the advantages of small sample size data
high correction accuracy
simplicity and practicability
accords with the requirements of intelligent sensor and smart sensor.
