To study the motion law of human gait at different walking speeds
a joint measurement system based on the motion image gathering system and the angular measuring instrument are developed. In the experiment
the trajectories of joints and the angular displacements while the testers are walking on the treadmill are measured by the system.Visual C++6.0 and Matlab is used to collect the data of the motion images and the mark points. The data process and analysis shows that the effects of different walking speeds on the motion trajectories of the loin
coax and knee in the sagittal plane are not obvious. Also
the motion space of the ankle between the stand phrase and the swing phrase extends and the stand phrase decreases its proportion of the gait period as the walking speed increases.
