The hardware and software design of intelligent biaxial solar tracking control system are introduced.Singlechip C8051F020 is the core in control system using hybrid control mode.Sensors tracking mode is used in sunny days and timing tracking mode is taked in cloudy days.Two tracking modes can be switched automatically.The disadvantage of single-track mode can be overcame effectively.The tests show that the tracking control system can reach the expected targets and has important practical significance for improving the utilization of solar energy.
