Laccase is succesfully immobilized on copper tetraaminophthalocyanine-ferrorerric oxide(CuTAPc-Fe3O4) nanoparticles composites using glutaradehyde as corss-linking.The immobilization conditions are investigated. The results show that nanoparticles reacted with 10 % glutaradehyde for 8 h and subsequently reacted with 2 g/L laccase in pH=7 phosphate buffer at 4 ℃.The immobilized laccase is used in fabricating optical fiber sensor for detecting dissolved oxygen. The optical fiber oxygen sensor has detecting limit of 0.45 mg/L
detecting precision is 0.01 mg/L and response time is less than 30 s.
