摘要

为了满足动态检测GIN法灌浆的需要

运用传感器技术、电子技术与微机技术成功研制GIN法灌浆自动记录系统

介绍了其硬、软件结构的设计

及其在江垭水电站灌浆试验中的成功应用

实验结果表明:该系统具有稳定性好

精度和灵敏度高

响应速度快等特点

在高温、潮湿、高灰尘的恶劣施工现场能正常工作。

Abstract

To meet the requirement of measuring dynamically GIN grouting method

GIN grouting method automatic record system is successfully studied with sensor technology

electron technology and PC technology

the design of its hardware and software structures and its successful use in grouting test in Jangya hydropower station is concluded.Experiment results show that the device has the characteristics of good stability

high precision and sensitivity

quick response and so on

and it can work normally under high temperature

damp and dust environment.
