A coupled field analytical method for the vibration measurement of high temperature objects is presented
and the effect of temperature field on the stability of piezoelectric sensor is also discussed.Based on the piezoelectric-effect
the finite element simulation is applied to calculate the frequency range for steady work of sensor using ANSYS software
and the varying rule of the natural frequency affected by temperature field is obtained. The relative stable temperature ranges of the natural frequency and the conversion characteristic of electromechanical energy obtained from simulation and correlated theory can be used for the further theory and experimental analysis. All the results prove the validity and practicability of this simulation method on the stability analysis of piezoelectric sensor.
