摘要

针对温度传感器的动态校准问题

介绍了一瞬态表面温度传感器动态校准系统

以此对Butt-Welded热电偶进行了动态性能实验研究

获取其时间常数为41.6 ms

实验的动态重复性为0.72%

不确定度为0.3 ms。结果表明:系统动态重复性好

测试精度较高。经动态校准获取该Butt-Welded热电偶的动态温度修正值为300℃。研究结果对温度传感器的研究和应用具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract

On the study of the dynamic calibration of temperature sensor

a dynamic calibration system for transient surface is introduced.The dynamic performance of Butt-Welded thermocouple temperature sensor is tested with the system

its time constant is 41.6 ms

dynamic repeatability of the experimental results is 0.72 %

the uncertainty is 0.3 ms.The results show that the dynamic repeatability is good

the precision of measurement is high.Through dynamic calibration

the modified value of dynamic temperature obtained is 300 ℃.The research results have some application values to the research and the use of temperature sensor.
