摘要

利用车载式电容传感器检测车辆载荷时

增加了双轴加速度传感器ADXL202AE

利用其Y轴检测车辆行驶过程中前进方向的加速度

X轴检测车厢内载荷左右方向装偏时电容上极板的斜度

并定量地分析出了加速度和极板斜度与载荷检测结果之间的关系。

Abstract

A 2-axis acceleration sensor

ADXL202AE

is added when onboard capacitance transducers are used to measure the load of vehicles.Its Y axis is applied to examine the forward acceleration during the process of vehicles moving and X axis to examine the obliquity of the capacitance plate when the load of left and right side in the compartment is not in equipoise.Furthermore

the relationship between the acceleration

obliquity of the capacitance plate and the measuring result of load is analysed quantificationally.
