In recent years

the fiber Bragg grating（FBG）sensor is a research hotspot concerning about optical fiber sensors.The key problem of FBG sensor study is the optical fiber diffraction grating signal demodulation

namely

the detection of small shifting of wave length.The demodulation principle of FBG is outlined

and several demodulation methods are analyzed and compared from the classification of response characteristics.
