电子舌是一种用于液体分析的多传感器系统

它主要由传感器阵列、信号处理和模式识别系统组成

味觉传感器是决定其性能的关键部件之一。介绍了几种常用味觉传感器的研究和应用现状

重点讨论了电位分析传感器、伏安分析传感器和光学方法的味觉传感器的原理、特点及其应用

同时

对电子舌传感器的发展进行了展望。

Abstract

Electronic tongue is a kind of multi-sensor system mainly used in the field of liquid analysis.It consists of sensor arrays

signal processing and pattern recognition system

and the taste sensor is one of the key parts of it.The development and applications of several kinds of typical taste sensors are studied.The potentiometric sensors

voltametric sensors and taste sensors based on optics method

are discussed.Their principles

properties and applications are introduced.The prospects of taste sensors are also presented.
