A new high-throughout surface plasmon resonance(SPR) biochemical analytical instrument is reported.Based on SPR biosensor principle
combined with image processing technology and auto sampler robotic arms
the instrument can monitor the biochemical reaction kinetics occurred at the surface of micro-array SPR biosensor
enabling high-throughput
multi-analyte fast detection. The rabbit IgG vs goat-anti-rabbit IgG and human IgG vs goat-anti-human IgG immunoassay are detected. The results show that with the reference cell in the micro-arrays
noises induced by the bulk refractive index and fluctuation of ambient temperature can be eliminated
which can improve the sensitivity of the instrument. The biosensor chip can be regenerated so that the cost per chip can be greatly decreased.
