摘要

介绍了采用压力传感器来检测货物质量的方法

在阐述了压力传感器检测原理和框架车称重原理之后

根据现场测试数据进行了曲线拟合

并建立了称重的数学模型

提出了称重系统硬件和软件的具体实现方法。试验表明:在测量范围内

检测误差为0.6

Abstract

A method of goods mass tested using the pressure sensor is introduced.After expounding the detection principle of pressure sensor and the weighing principle of the carrier-vehicle

the curve fitting is done based on the site experimental data and the mathematic model of the weighing system is established.A spceific realization method of the hardware and solfware of the weighing system is proposed.Experiment shows that detection error is 0.6

.8t in the measurement range.This is in agreement with design requirement.
